We wish to thank the staff at Andy’s Realty for the efficient, fast, professional and honest manner in which they sold our property in Childers.
Prior to Andy’s Realty we had a listing with another agency for a period of 5 months and in this time had one offer that was so low it could not even be considered. We moved to Andy’s Realty and within just over a week accepted a realistic offer.
The property was marketed well and Andy’s ensured the finer details were attended too. The sales methods and professional approach was not only comforting to us as sellers but efficient and targeted.
We are very happy with the way in which we were dealt with and would highly recommend them to any potential seller or buyer in the Childers region. As they focus on the local area, they are solid in knowledge and strategies that will ensure a positive outcome for both parties.
I am confident that as they are not franchised they have shown to provide a more personal approach to the customers and listen to the needs so they can show suitable properties. I found in my dealing with franchised agents I was dealt with as a number, limited listening and acceptance of our needs, wanting to simply list and leave.
